Great Blue Heron In Flight

I always tell myself no more blue heron shots and then a great opportunity comes up and you take the shot. It is a beautiful creature and even more so in flight and it is a nice subject to practice on. What most people don't realize is the amount of practice that is needed to create an image. You'll never play a great piano concerto if you don't practice so is the same with photography.
